It is also effective as it keeps your hands and arms free, to do what you like to your victim below. It can be humiliating for the one on the bottom, but when your on top it is a great feeling of power.

Sam took on Kendall today in this pins only video. Kendall is pretty, stands 5ft10 and is pretty solid. The girls both go at it to compete for crossbody pins, full body presses and grapevines. Sam unfortunately was not much of a match against Kendall. She knew how to distribute her weight and keep Sam very pinned to the mats, even when she was changing holds. Sam still looked for an escape but Kendall was quick at locking her back down, once and for all. In the end Kendall was victorious. but Sam sure put up a valiant fight and was not going to go out easily.

A photoset that is one to truly cherish and remember. Bright colors, outside, and 2 smokin ladies going at it in jeans. Hailey is a smaller opponent than Sam, but can she wrestle. When Hailey pins Sam there is not much she can do, but stay trapped in her denim clad thighs, and endure high and tight schoolgirl pins, along with breath taking facesits that leave Sam gasping. Hailey has very strong legs, and it shows in these pics, just how strong she is. Sam was trapped, and no where to go. In the end, Hailey had exhausted and tired out Sam to the point she quit, leaving hailey the ultimate winner.

This match pits Sam against Mariella in a one sided pin count match. Sam is bigger than Mariella, but Mariella is tough. She has the perfect ability to hold almost anyone down, once she applies her schoolgirl pin. Watch as Sam struggles beneath Mariella and try to escape before her time runs out.

This is a set from various matches using only the reverse headscissor. This is an effective hold and is used to render the opponent into submission. you lock your legs around the persons neck and squeeze. As you can tell by some of the pics it is a painful yet effective hold. you can get into this hold in many variations. |Once it is locked on your opponent has a very difficult time escaping and will most likely tap out from extreme pressure around the neck.

Again, this is an effective breakdown hold, when applied properly can have your opponent wore down quickly by trying hard to break free. It can cause alot of pain in the arms, neck, and shoulders of the person on the bottom. All the while to girl on top just secures her opponent to the mats, and sits and waits. You can gain multiple tap outs, or use it in the pin count matches. Where ever the head goes, the body follows, so by securing the head tight in the thighs, they lose alot of mobility, limiting their ability to escape. When girls use it they try to get under the chin, this causes the girl below to start ch0king, or cut off air depending how hard they press. Your safety is ALWAYS your tapping, the girl on top will instantly stop pressing or loosen the hold. Keeping your chin down will help avoid being stuck in that situation, but most girls will catch onto that, and most likely sit on your chin, now immobilizing your head completely, while squeezing their thighs tightly together causing alot of pressure around the head and face.

Here was a gruelling match between two friends. Once they hit the mats it was almost watching their friendship walk out the door as both girls put their faces of determination on. They were competing in a schoolgirl pin submission match. There was a prize pool at the end of this for the winner with the most tap outs. Rules were simple, you could use the forward or reverse schoolgirl pin to make your opponent tap out, and get them to tap as many times in the time alloted for this match. You can see both girls tried their hardest, both gaining a few tap outs, and neither wanting to lose. Surpring outcome with this match though, one girl is totally over powered, and literally dominated. Being kept on her back, unable to move, and was tapping out alot, literally breaking into a hardcore sweat just trying to avoid being under her friend. you can see the determination, hear the raw emotions of this match as they had an intense struggle, until one girl ran out of steam. Now out of steam, she lay helpless, tapping over and over, stuck, pinned, and she lost the match. But after all said and done, it was a great wrestling match for both of them, still able to laugh and be friends when they were finished. Nothing taken to heart, only what we like to call mat rivalry.
